Learn the Basics of Painting At Martin Fine Art Classes Painting Camp, We offer personalized, one-on-one instruction in a 3 day painting camp focusing on how to begin a painting, properly mix colors, distinguish between color and value and how to properly care for and handle materials. Illustrating and explaining how to:

• Properly mix the paints to create vivid or neutralized colors
• Create reflection and contrast
• Control paint as it is applied to canvas 
• Maintain form throughout the painting process start to finish. 

Martin Fine Art Classes Painting Camp Options

Children's Painting Camp Ages 7-10,

Using water based paints, acrylic students will become familiar with the painting process from drawing the subject matter onto the canvas to a finished painting.  Students will learn how to choose a color palette, properly mix colors, how to use brushes and tools and how to care for materials

Oil Painting Camp for Kids: Geared for Older Children and Teens,

students learn the basics of oil painting and use and care of materials.
